![]() News Story February 23, 2007 - American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Strategic Partner Files Form 10SB BARTOW, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS - News) today announced that American Fiber Green Products, Inc. has filed Form 10SB. Daniel L. Hefner, President and CEO of American Commerce Solutions, Inc., stated, "With the filing yesterday of Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission, we have set into motion a series of activities that will soon culminate with the listing and active trading of the common stock of American Fiber Green Products, Inc. The Strategic Partnership that we established with this organization continues to be a source of excitement and expectation for our shareholders as AFGP approaches listing on the OTC BB. The nature of our involvement and commitment to American Fiber Green Products calls for board evaluation of our assistance upon reaching that milestone and compensation to be made at that time. In addition, there exists opportunity to continue our relationship beyond that event with AACS continuing to provide services to AFGP." Kenneth W. McCleave, Chairman of the Board of American Fiber Green Products, Inc. remarked, "I would like to express my appreciation to the shareholders and management of AACS for the tireless work that has been done on our behalf to reach this point. This filing represents six years of tedious and methodical effort to breathe life back into a company that was on the verge of death. Our 850 shareholders owe a debt of gratitude to AACS for the guidance and management assistance that they provided through this process. Equally significant, however, is that the dream of William Amour is still alive. AFGP will be able to recycle fiberglass with its patented process and create environmentally superior replacements for steel, concrete and treated wood in the ground and in our water ways. Millions of tons of waste fiberglass are dumped in landfills each year. In the past, AFGP has been able to receive this waste fiberglass, as well waste resins, and process them into alternative, marketable products. We are fast approaching the day when once again waste fiberglass producers will have a green alternative to their disposal problems." According to Mr. McCleave, the Form 10SB will become effective on the 61st day after filing as a matter of law. These 60 days comprise the comment period for the SEC. During that time a trading symbol will be obtained, funding sources will be developed and resource contacts will be established. Mr. Hefner continued, "We worked with a team of dedicated professionals to prepare this Form 10SB. The same team will expeditiously respond to any SEC comment in a thorough and timely fashion. Shareholders of AACS will receive a stock dividend when compensation for successful completion of the task is achieved. We are pleased to be part of this exciting opportunity."
